Muhia Karianjahi

Ph.D, Kenya/USA
Assistant Professor of Outdoor and Adventure Leadership and Graduate Program Coordinator at HoneyRock, the Outdoor Center for Leadership Development of Wheaton College, USA, since 2013. Vice-chairman of the CCI-Worldwide Board, a founder of African Christian Camping (a CCI chapter in East Africa). Engaged in Christian camps since 1996 and is passionate is to point young people to Jesus through experiential learning. He and his wife Marcy, and two college aged sons currently live in Three Lakes, Wisconsin.

Pieter Snyman

South Africa
Pieter Snyman, South Africa Chairman, from 2014 to 2017, and currently a Regional Ministry Head for the Uniting Christian Students Association, a member of Christian Camping Southern Africa (CCSA). A lecturer at Tshwane University of Technology. For his Doctoral thesis in Organizational Leadership, he investigated Secondary School Camping practice in South Africa. His passion of facilitating creative outdoor and adventure experiential learning for Gods Kingdom.

Rajashekar Moorthy

India
Rajashekar Moorthy is the founder and director of The Fishermen Trust, established in 2006. Raj is an active youth minister who has specialised training in adventure camps and outdoor Leadership who also serves as a visiting faculty. He started the Indian Christian Camping Association and has been serving as its Vice President for the past five years. His passion is to work with young people and children through experiential learning.

Lisa Anderson-Umaña

Ph.D, Honduras/USA
Lisa Anderson-Umaña has served as a missionary with Latin America Mission (currently called United World Mission) for 37 years living in Mexico City, Honduras, El Salvador and Costa Rica and traveling throughout the cities of Latin America. She presently resides in Honduras with her husband, Alfredo Umaña, both children currently attend Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA. Her work in Christian Camping International has entailed developing teams of instructors in ten different countries of Latin America who are dedicated to training camp and church leaders how to be counselors, program directors and Bible study curriculum writers. Currently, she is focused on forming a multicultural team of writes/editors to create new camping materials for the CCI members in Latin America. Her undergrad degree was in Physical Education and Sports Medicine from Penn State. She graduated from Wheaton College Graduate School in Educational Ministries and has a PhD in Educational Studies from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, near Chicago.

Alexander Negrov

Ph.D, Ukraine/USA
Founder and CEO of Hodos Institute, an organization of applied leadership research. Formerly served as the President of St Petersburg Christian University in St Petersburg, Russia, where he lived for many years. Alexander has extensive experience in education, consultancy and teaching and is enthusiastic about leadership development among adolescents and youth.
